i-Glass™ has the ability to switch from opaque to transparent extremely fast, 20 milliseconds in fact. i-Glass™ can act as a light gateway, allowing more or less light to pass through it. With an i-Glass™ control system connected to the i-Glass™ panel, it is easy to control the amount of viewable light permitted to pass through the panel, very similar to dimming a light. An added feature is that, even though viewable light is blocked out, ambient and luminous light is diffused through the i-Glass™ panel providing much needed lighting inside a living space.
