Fast Track to Meaningful Employment
The City of Ballarat, Ballarat Migration Project has established the Fast Track to Meaningful Employment program. BEST Community Development has been appointed as the training provider. The program will focus on training and employment opportunities for newly arrived migrants holding the Skilled Independent Regional (SIR) visa and partners in the: Ballarat, Bendigo and Grampians/Wimmera regions.
The Fast Track to Meaningful Employment program will provide a series of workshops to assist new migrants to understand the workforce recruitment practces and how to establish networks for employment opportunities.
The course includes four weeks paid work experience.
