B31 - Ballarat Business Month
The Economic Development Unit is a major contributor to the B31 - Ballarat Business Month initiative, which will be held in Ballarat again this year, in August.
B31 is a local program, which was designed to showcase business and industry within the Ballarat region; and bring together a wide range of people to network, share ideas, develop new skills, foster better business practice and promote investment opportunities within the municipality.
Last year's program consisted of over 35 separate events and activities, which were primarily targeted at small to medium sized business enterprises, as well as those people considering starting-up a new business. Overall, B31 has been a highly successful initiative, attracting record numbers to all its events, and exceeding all expectations.
