65% SAVING ON SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MENTORING PROGRAM

Ballarat Business members can save a massive 65% on the cost of a personalised business development program.
Funding by the City of Ballarat and the State Government has been secured to provide affordable strategic business advice to owners wanting to improve their operation and profitability. Delivered locally by SED Consulting, the program helps local small business improve in the key areas of.
Strategic and business planning; Reporting systems and financial management; HR management; Performance management; Marketing strategies; or Environmental management.

The program consists of a one-day workshop on July 23 to develop an business action plan to be rolled out over three months in consultation with mentors.

This expertise and support normally costs over $3,000. However the subsidies mean the first 15 businesses to enrol in the program can access the program at a reduced rate of $1,100 plus GST.
